Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
All returns from the US and Canada are subject to a $30 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Any original shipping fees are not refundable.

How do I initiate a return?

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. After the return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the $30 restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, contact customercare@reliablebulk.com to initiate a return and place a new order.
Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale products and gift cards are not returnable.
What if my item is damaged or defective?

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at customercare@reliablebulk.com with the subject line reading LOST OR DAMAGED and your order number.
Failed Delivery
For any failed attempts of delivery related to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay customs fees - we don’t take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order.
In the case of failed delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping fees, customs, and/ or duties, and fees incurred to return the package to us.
Once we receive the returned package, our team can re-ship the item to you. You’ll be responsible for any fees related to this.
