Shipping Methods

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipments to Canada: $15 CAD (free on orders over $200 CAD)

  • Shipments to the US: $20 CAD (free on orders over $200 CAD)

  • International Shipments: $35 CAD (free on orders over $350 CAD)

Delivery Time

  • Canadian shipping: 5-7 business days

  • United States shipping: 7-10 business days

  • International shipping: 10-21 business days

International Shipping
We ship to most international locations. Customs duties, taxes, and charges vary by country. You are responsible for any customs and duties applied. We suggest checking with your local customs office for customs rates on clothing being shipped from Canada to your country. 

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at customercare@reliablebulk.com with the subject line reading LOST OR DAMAGED and your order number. 

Failed Delivery

For any failed attempts of delivery related to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay customs fees - we don’t take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order.

In the case of failed delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping fees, customs, and/ or duties, and fees incurred to return the package to us.

Once we receive the returned package, our team can re-ship the item to you. You’ll be responsible for any fees related to this. The best way to avoid this is to keep tabs on tracking your package as well as give us the best possible delivery address. Contact us directly for more help at customercare@reliablebulk.com.

MODIFY OR CANCEL ORDER

While we strive to be as helpful as possible, we cannot guarantee that your order can be modified or cancelled after it leaves our facility. Should you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@reliablebulk.com within 24 hours of placing it.

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

RETURNS

 

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition—unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. 

All returns from the US and Canada are subject to a $30 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Any original shipping fees are not refundable. 


What about international returns?

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please email our team at customercare@reliablebulk.com. 


How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. After the return is received and inspected, your refund (minus the $30 restocking fee) will be issued to the original payment method.


Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, contact customercare@reliablebulk.com to initiate a return and place a new order. 


Are there any items that are non-returnable?
Final sale products and gift cards are not returnable. 


What if my item is damaged or defective?

We are based in Little Portugal, Toronto, at Dundas and Ossington.  Select LOCAL PICK-UP at checkout. You´ll receive a confirmation message with a WhatsApp number to contact us and arrange a pickup time.
